Job Summary:

HC Academy by Happy Clicks is seeking a motivated and student-focused

Academic Counsellor

with at least 1 year of experience in the education industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective learners, converting leads, and ensuring an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on educational programs, career options, and course selection Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments Maintain detailed records of student interactions using CRM tools Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to support outreach and student success Ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to course commencement

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or education sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to identify student goals and recommend suitable courses Bachelor's degree in any discipline (background in Education or Psychology is a plus) Good command of MS Office and CRM systems
