Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled

Student Counselor

to join our institution. The ideal candidate will provide academic, career, and personal guidance to students, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their educational and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide counseling and guidance to students on academic and career development.
? Assist students in overcoming personal, social, and emotional challenges affecting their education.
? Develop and implement student support programs, including workshops and seminars.
? Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions as needed.
? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students' well-being.
? Help students set personal and academic goals and create action plans.
? Address behavioral concerns and provide intervention strategies.
? Maintain records of counseling sessions and track student progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

.
Prior experience in student counseling, education, or related fields is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to assess students' needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Empathetic, patient, and approachable personality.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
