Make
80-100 outbound calls
to potential learners every day
Understand learner profiles and career goals to recommend suitable upskilling programs
Conduct personalized
video-based counseling sessions
Achieve weekly and monthly
enrollment targets
Update and manage lead data accurately in the
CRM system
Who Can Apply?
Fresh graduates looking to build a career in sales or EdTech
Candidates with
0-3 years of experience
in B2C sales (any industry)
Experience in EdTech or telesales is an advantage, not a requirement
Strong communication in
English & Hindi
Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to learn
Must hold a
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline
