Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Effective Counseling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure a stable and growth based cashflow for the branches allocated
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain communication with learners through various channels
\xe2\x97\x8f Able to plan to get maximum conversions through effective pipeline management
\xe2\x97\x8f Submission of sales reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiatives
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for Improvising the Sales Automation processes
\xe2\x97\x8f Support Junior level counselors with their targets
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with senior team members and management to identify and manage risks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Research and identify new markets and business opportunities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Providing an effective business experience to learners, mentors, clients.
\xe2\x97\x8f Achieving monthly, Quarterly sales targets for Admissions
