GeekSpoc IT Services is expanding its

Training & Placement team

and is looking for motivated

Academic Counsellors / HR Executives

who are passionate about guiding candidates and driving enrolments.

This is a consultative counselling & coordination role -- NOT a telecalling job.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound leads

from the website and digital marketing campaigns Counsel candidates on

training programs and placement opportunities

Assess candidate eligibility and coordinate

aptitude/assessment tests

Drive and achieve

monthly enrolment targets

Maintain accurate

CRM records and follow-ups

Assist trainees with

resume building and mock interviews

Coordinate

placement interviews

with hiring partners

Ideal Candidate Profile

1-3 years

of experience in: Academic Counselling Education Sales HR Recruitment B2C Sales Career Counselling Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented with a professional phone presence Ability to manage candidates end-to-end

Language Requirements

English - Mandatory

Kannada / Hindi - Preferred
