Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct
tele-counselling sessions
with prospects to guide them in making informed decisions about our courses.
Understand candidate profiles, professional experience, and career aspirations to provide
personalized recommendations
.
Present program features, benefits, and USPs in a
persuasive and consultative
manner.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
by following a structured sales process.
Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely closure.
Consistently achieve
monthly & quarterly enrollment targets
.
Update and maintain accurate records of leads and sales progress in the
CRM system
.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any field (
MBA preferred
).
Minimum 1 year experience in EdTech industry sales
(International Call Centre/Voice Process - mandatory).
Excellent
communication skills
with fluency in English.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling
abilities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced environment
.
Knowledge of
executive education/corporate training
is a plus.
