Job Title: Academic Counselor

Experience: 1-8 years in Sales / Counseling / Academic Advising

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students & parents via calls, meetings, and online sessions. Understand career goals and recommend appropriate programs. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment/sales targets Manage and track leads through CRM tools. Follow up with warm/cold leads to maximize conversions. (Senior Levels) Mentor juniors, contribute to training & strategy.

Skills Required:

Strong communication & persuasion skills Sales-driven with target-oriented mindset CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot) Analytical & data-driven decision making
Experience 1 - 7 Years


Salary 6 Lac To 7 Lac P.A.
