Eligibility Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
Must have
appeared in UPSC or any State PCS Mains Examination
Strong understanding of
APPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategy
Ability to guide aspirants
academically and psychologically
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Key Responsibilities
Counsel APPSC aspirants regarding
course selection and preparation strategy
Mentor
already enrolled students
with study planning, revision strategy, and motivation
Conduct
one-to-one academic counselling sessions
Assess aspirant readiness before enrollment (quality over quantity)
Act as a
bridge between faculty and students
Track student progress and report academic feedback to management
