Role Overview

We're looking for a target-driven, pleasant, and highly motivated female Academic Counsellor who thrives on engaging with students and parents, building trust, and converting leads into admissions. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective families and play a key role in shaping their learning journey with ElevatED.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Proactively follow up on every lead via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person meetings
- Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive and empathetic communication
- Build strong relationships with students and parents, understanding their academic needs
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly admission targets with integrity and enthusiasm
