We are looking for smart energetic candidates as academic counsellors at IMS Cochin. : Responsibilities To manage the team of 5 tele callers To counsel the candidates walk in to the campus To contact the students (direct leads) for telephonic counselling To train the team and support them in achieving individual and team target To deal with the admission procedure Skillset: Energetic and positive attitude throughout the entire day Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly organised people with the ability to prioritise and multitask Ability to build rapport and create professional relationship Tonnes of energy, initiative, and passion. Strong sense of personal leadership and ability to function independently. You must be articulate, organized, and detail-oriented. Qualification Graduate with a minimum 3 years experience in student counselling Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
