Job Description

The role includes explaining the exam structure, helping them choose optional subjects, creating study plans, monitoring progress, and providing both academic and motivational counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct counselling sessions for UPSC aspirants (Prelims, Mains & Interview). Explain UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, booklist, and preparation strategy. Assist students in selecting the right optional subject based on their background. Create personalised study plans and weekly preparation targets. Provide guidance on answer writing, time management, and notes-making. Handle student queries related to preparation methods or subject selection. Must have experience as an UPSC CSE academic counselor profile. Highly recommended - Females Working mode - On-Site / Full time role

Work Location: In person
