We are currently looking for a

dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor (Female Preferred)

to join our Rohini centre.

Role Overview

The Academic Counsellor will guide prospective students and parents, drive admissions through effective counselling, and support student engagement and administrative processes. This role requires strong communication skills, a convincing attitude, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Counseling

Counsel students and parents about UEI Global programs Drive admissions through counselling, follow-ups, and conversions Provide career guidance and course selection support Maintain strong relationships with prospective students

Marketing & Lead Generation

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets Generate and convert leads into admissions Participate in promotional activities, spot admissions, and education events Execute promotional and outreach plans Submit weekly reports and MIS updates

Student Administration

Maintain student records and documentation Assist with application processing and bank loan formalities Coordinate with Centre Head and Corporate teams Support students with academic and administrative queries

Skills Required

? Excellent communication skills in English
? Strong counseling and convincing skills
? Target-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude
? Friendly and professional personality
? Good understanding of the education industry
? Ability to handle students and parents effectively

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience in counseling/admissions/education sales preferred
