Job Description

The Counsellor will guide aspirants throughout their UPSC preparation journey. The role includes explaining the exam structure, helping them choose optional subjects, creating study plans, monitoring progress, and providing both academic and motivational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct counselling sessions for UPSC aspirants (Prelims, Mains, Interview stages). Explain UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, booklist, and preparation strategies. Assist students in selecting the right optional subject based on their background and interests. Create personalised study plans, weekly targets, and preparation timelines. Address queries related to preparation, answer writing, notes-making, and time management.
