Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive / Academic Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding students and professionals, handling inquiries, and driving admissions for our Cybersecurity and Digital Marketing training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing power, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in sales, admissions, or EdTech counselling.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads and convert them into enrollments.
Cold call and follow up with prospective students/professionals to ensure conversions.
Counsel students and professionals on Cybersecurity & Digital Marketing courses.
Explain course features, benefits, and career scope; close admissions to meet targets.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with the Admissions Team for smooth onboarding.
Assist with marketing campaigns, seminars, and webinars as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
6 months-2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or EdTech counselling.
Strong convincing power, communication, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling high-volume leads from multiple channels.
Interest or knowledge in IT education is an added advantage.
Excellent command over English, both spoken and written.
