Qualifications

Master's Degree in Psychology with Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from a Recognized University.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working in a school environment
Expertise in handling emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns of students
Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students and teachers to address a range of personal, academic, and socio-emotional concerns.
Support the holistic development of students by addressing their emotional well-being, learning challenges, and interpersonal issues.
Offer guidance to teachers to help them manage classroom behavior, identify at-risk students, and maintain a positive learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure consistent support systems and early intervention strategies.
Contribute actively to mental health awareness initiatives, life skills education, and wellness programs for both students and staff.
Ensure confidentiality, ethical conduct, and accurate documentation in all counseling interactions and interventions.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?37,232.83 per month
