Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
Handle and convert incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, website, WhatsApp, etc.)
Course Guidance:
Explain course structure, curriculum, pricing, outcomes, and career prospects for Digital Marketing, Python, Data Science, AI, Cyber Security, English Grammar, and other upskill programs.
Student Management:
Guide students through enquiry ? registration ? onboarding ? class schedules ? exam updates ? certificates.
Update leads, track follow-ups, maintain accurate reports.
Communication:
Fluent communication in English with strong convincing skills.
Coordination:
Work closely with academic team, marketing team, and operational staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (must)
Minimum 2 years of experience
in counselling / sales / student management
Fluent in
English
(spoken & written)
Strong follow-up and convincing abilities
Knowledge of digital marketing or edtech sales will be an added advantage
Ability to handle multiple upskill course queries confidently
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
