Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
Guide students and parents on commerce career pathways (CA, CMA, ACCA, etc.).
Recommend suitable courses based on academic background and career aspirations.
Telesales & Enrolment
Make outbound calls to prospective leads, explain program details, and convert inquiries into enrolments.
Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with students and parents, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
Maintain accurate student records, feedback, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams for a seamless enrolment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce.
Strong knowledge of commerce professional courses.
Prior experience in counselling, telesales, or inside sales is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
