Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling
Guide students and parents on commerce career pathways (CA, CMA, ACCA, etc.).
Help students choose suitable courses based on their academic background and career aspirations.
Telesales & Enrolment
Make outbound calls to potential leads, explain course details, and convert them into enrolments.
Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with students and parents to encourage trust and commitment.
Maintain student records, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Commerce
.
In-depth understanding of
commerce professional courses
.
Prior experience in counselling / telesales / inside sales
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
