Job Overview: ₹ We are hiring Academic Counsellors for SITM, a higher-education institution offering undergraduate programs in Engineering and Management. This is an inside sales & counselling role focused on guiding students and parents through admissions. The position suits candidates who enjoy communication, counselling, and conversion-driven sales, with strong incentive-based earnings.

Programs Offered: ₹ B.Tech (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Civil, Mechanical) ? BBA ? BCA

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents (leads provided)

? Counsel on programs, career paths, and the admission process

? Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally

? Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions

? Maintain and update student information in CRM systems

? Attend and counsel walk-in parents and students during campus visits

? Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets

Eligibility & Skills:

? Experience in education sales, academic counselling, or inside sales preferred

? Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

? Excellent verbal communication in English, Assamese, and Hindi

? Basic familiarity with CRM or lead management tools

? Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Salary & Incentives:

? Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives

? High performers can earn ?40,000 - ?80,000+ per month
