Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and persuasive
Academic Counsellor cum Sales Executive
to guide students and parents through the complex process of career and college planning while also contributing to business growth through successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities :
Interact with students and parents to understand their educational and career goals.
Provide personalized counselling on courses, colleges, entrance exams, and career pathways.
Stay updated with current academic trends, admission processes, and industry demands.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or video consultations.
Track and manage leads using CRM tools
Meet monthly counselling and sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to convert leads effectively.
Basic understanding of career guidance, education systems, and entrance exams.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Education, Psychology, Business, or similar background preferred).
1-2 years of experience in academic counselling or edtech sales.
