Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic goals
Convert inquiries into admissions by clearly explaining course details, benefits, and enrollment procedures
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, webinars, and virtual sessions
Maintain consistent follow-ups to support smooth conversions
Record all student interactions, updates, and follow-up details accurately in the CRM
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and guide them confidently
Strong follow-up discipline and target-oriented approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication mediums
