Key Responsibilities
Counsel students (in Bengali) regarding courses, career options, and academic pathways.
Handle inbound/outbound enquiries and follow up with leads.
Explain program details, curriculum, fee structures, and outcomes clearly.
Maintain student records and track enrolment progress.
Achieve monthly targets with a strong focus on conversions.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve student queries promptly.
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in
Bengali (spoken and written)
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
