The role involves counseling students and working professionals for enrollment into online UG/PG degree programs and achieving monthly enrollment targets. --- Domain EdTech - Online UG/PG Degree Programs --- Experience Required 0-1 year (Mandatory experience in Online UG/PG Course Sales) --- Educational Qualification Graduate (Mandatory) MBA (Preferred) --- Salary Structure Fixed Salary: ?1.44 LPA to ?4.50 LPA Incentives: Up to ?3.5 LPA (Performance-based) --- Key Responsibilities Counsel students and working professionals regarding online UG/PG programs. Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion via CRM. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel sheets. Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective students.
