Primary Coordinator

to join our team and lead the planning and execution of school activities for our primary section.

Position Overview:

The Primary Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing a variety of school events and activities for students in the primary grades. This includes academic events, co-curricular programs, school celebrations, field trips, and other enrichment activities that contribute to a well-rounded student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate school-wide activities and events for primary students. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth execution of events. Manage logistics, including communication with vendors, transportation arrangements, and permission slips. Encourage student participation and creativity through engaging programs. Maintain records, budgets, and feedback reports for activities. Serve as a point of contact for parents regarding event-related matters. Ensure that all activities comply with school policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Prior experience working in a school setting, especially in organizing events or coordinating programs. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for student development.
