Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and tax regulations, including filing necessary documents and managing tax liabilities. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and updated employee and payroll records. Reporting: Generating various payroll reports and financial summaries for management, as well as monthly payroll dashboards. Employee Support: Handling employee queries and complaints regarding payroll in a professional and timely manner. Reconciliation: Verifying and reconciling monthly payroll accounts. Coordination: Collaborating with Human Resources and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
