Job Description

:



1.

Academic Management :



Ensure implementation of academic plans, timetables, and curricula in all branches.

Monitor teaching standards, faculty performance, and student outcomes.

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to faculty.

Handle academic escalations and resolve student-related academic issues.

Coordinate with subject matter experts for curriculum updates and improvements.

2.

Branch Coordination

:

Visit all 5 branches on a rotational and as-needed basis to ensure consistent academic delivery.

Serve as the liaison between management and branch staff to ensure smooth operations.

Standardize academic processes and maintain uniformity across all centers.

Ensure all branches meet internal academic and operational KPIs.

3.

Sales Assistance

:

Collaborate with the sales/admissions team to provide academic insights during counseling.

Participate in demo sessions, webinars, and parent meetings to support lead conversion.

Explain academic offerings, curriculum structure, and student benefits to prospects.

4.

Event Planning & Execution

:

Plan, organize, and execute academic events such as annual day, science fairs, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and training sessions across all branches.

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication for all academic and co-curricular events.

Ensure active participation and engagement of staff, students, and parents in events.

5.

Team Supervision & Training

:

Train and onboard new teachers and academic staff across branches.

Conduct regular training sessions for upskilling and maintaining teaching standards.

Motivate, manage, and evaluate academic teams for optimal performance.

6.

Reporting & Documentation

:

Maintain accurate academic records, student performance data, attendance logs, and teacher reports.

Submit weekly/monthly reports to the management covering academic progress, issues, and recommendations.

7.

Compliance & Quality Contro

l :

Ensure adherence to academic policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct internal audits of lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids.

Qualification:



Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.

Willingness to travel daily/weekly across different branch locations.

Good knowledge of academic planning, student assessment, and team management.

Event planning and people coordination experience.

Visiting Branch

: All the Branches.

Preferable applicants

: Female.

: Immediate joiners or 5 to 7 days.
