Academic Coordinator
to oversee curriculum planning, support faculty, and ensure quality teaching standards across all grades.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise academic programs across grades.
Develop and implement school-wide academic strategies in alignment with curriculum standards.
Assist in lesson planning and provide support to teachers in content delivery.
Monitor classroom teaching and ensure effective learning outcomes.
Organize teacher training workshops and professional development programs.
Conduct academic audits and suggest improvements based on performance data.
Serve as a bridge between teachers, students, and school leadership.
Oversee assessments, exams, and result compilation processes.
Facilitate parent-teacher meetings and provide academic insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation + B.Ed. or equivalent teaching/academic qualification is mandatory.
Experience Candidate will be preferred .
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching or school administration.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of current educational practices and assessment methods.
