We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Academic Coordinator
to provide remote academic support and coordination to our UAE branch. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth academic operations and timely support to students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate academic activities between the head office and UAE branch.
Support faculty with scheduling, timetables, and academic resources.
Assist in student communication, record management, and academic documentation.
Monitor and track academic progress reports and ensure timely submission.
Provide administrative assistance related to academic programs.
Liaise with the academic team to ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.
Handle queries from students and parents professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in academic coordination/administration preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
Comfortable working remotely and using online collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
