Academic Heights Public School, Raipur seeks a dynamic, experienced Academic Coordinator to lead our teaching faculty and ensure alignment with CBSE standards, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and oversee CBSE curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment strategies. Mentor, train, and support teachers in effective classroom practices. Monitor student progress and learning outcomes. Academic Quality Assurance Coordinate timetables, exams, and academic activities. Lead on pedagogical initiatives and approaches Bridge communication between staff, students, parents and management. Drive continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's/Bachelor's degree with B.Ed.. Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in teaching and/or academic coordination in CBSE schools. Deep understanding of CBSE framework, curriculum, and assessment. Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
