The Academic Coordinator will oversee the smooth functioning of academic operations, ensuring effective communication between students, faculty, and management. The role involves managing class schedules, academic records, and day-to-day coordination to support learning outcomes and institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate class schedules, exams, and academic events.
Maintain student attendance, performance, and academic records.
Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments.
Support in curriculum implementation and faculty coordination.
Handle student queries and provide academic guidance when required.
Ensure smooth conduct of lectures, workshops, and assessments.
Assist with admissions, orientation, and academic documentation.
Ensure adherence to academic policies and quality standards.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in academic coordination, administration, or educational institutions (0-3 years).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or academic ERP software is a plus.
