The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day academic operations, coordinating between faculty and students, ensuring smooth scheduling of classes, and maintaining academic records. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and have good communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule classes, examinations, and academic activities.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, and performance data.
Serve as the point of contact between faculty, students, and management.
Support in curriculum planning and implementation.
Ensure timely communication of academic updates and announcements.
Assist in organizing academic events, seminars, and workshops.
Handle student queries and provide administrative support.
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and academic standards.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and faculty.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in academic administration, coordination, or office management (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with educational management systems (ERP) will be an advantage.
