We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Academic Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of academic operations. The role involves coordinating with faculty, students, and parents to ensure academic processes run efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate between teachers, students, and parents for academic schedules and requirements.
Assist in planning timetables, classes, and academic calendars.
Maintain student attendance records, progress reports, and academic documentation.
Support in organizing academic events, workshops, and examinations.
Handle student/parent queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Ensure smooth communication between academic and administrative departments.
Prepare reports and maintain academic databases.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
0-2 years of experience (freshers with good communication can apply).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
