Job Title: Academic Coordinator

:

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, support faculty, and ensure the smooth execution of educational programs across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and daily class operations.

- Liaise between faculty, students, and management to ensure academic efficiency.

- Support curriculum planning and implementation in line with institutional goals.

- Monitor student performance and assist in addressing academic concerns.

- Organize examinations, evaluations, and ensure proper documentation.

- Handle academic reports, attendance tracking, and record maintenance.

- Ensure timely communication of academic updates to students and staff.

- Assist in faculty coordination, orientation, and training sessions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education background preferred).

- 2+ years of experience in academic administration or coordination.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and academic tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
