Job Title: Academic Coordinator - PSC Coaching



:



The Academic Coordinator for PSC coaching is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring academic activities related to Kerala PSC exam preparation. The role ensures effective implementation of the syllabus, smooth functioning of classes, quality teaching delivery, and overall academic excellence. The coordinator acts as a link between faculty, students, and management.

Duties & Responsibilities:



Academic Planning:


Plan and implement PSC-oriented academic schedules, timetables, course structures, and revision programs.

Syllabus Management:


Ensure all subjects are taught as per the latest Kerala PSC syllabus and exam pattern.

Faculty Coordination:


Coordinate with subject teachers regarding lesson plans, content delivery, class progress, and academic requirements.

Quality Control:


Monitor teaching quality, classroom effectiveness, and adherence to academic standards.

Study Material Oversight:


Review and approve notes, question banks, mock tests, and study materials prepared for PSC students.

Student Performance Monitoring:


Track student attendance, test results, and academic progress; suggest improvement strategies when required.

Exam & Test Coordination:


Organize internal tests, mock exams, model question papers, and answer discussions.

Doubt-Solving & Academic Support:


Arrange doubt-clearing sessions and additional support classes for students.

PSC Updates:


Stay updated with PSC notifications, syllabus changes, and exam trends and communicate the same to faculty and students.

Academic Reporting:


Prepare academic reports, performance analysis, and progress updates for management.

Student Guidance:


Guide students on study plans, exam strategy, time management, and subject prioritization.

Coordination with Administration:


Work closely with admin and counselling teams for smooth academic operations.

Skills & Requirements:



Strong knowledge of Kerala PSC syllabus and examination system Excellent coordination and organizational skills Good communication and leadership ability Experience in PSC coaching or academic management preferred Ability to multitask and work under academic deadlines

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Arts / Science / Commerce (Master's degree preferred). Strong knowledge of Kerala PSC syllabus, exam pattern, and competitive examination system. Good command of English and Malayalam (spoken and written). Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, online learning platforms, data handling). Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage academic schedules, faculty coordination, and student progress. Teaching or academic coordination experience in PSC coaching institutes will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
