Job Summary:
The Academic Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all academic activities related to the courses. The role ensures smooth delivery of courses, maintains academic standards, supports faculty, and enhances student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Planning & Coordination.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate courses .
Prepare academic calendars, class schedules, and batch allocations.
Coordinate with tutors ,mentors and HR's.
Assign classes based on faculty expertise and availability.
Monitor faculty performance and teaching quality.
Organize internal training sessions and academic meetings.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in academic coordination.
