Job Description

Position Overview

The Academic Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of academic programs, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality instruction, and strong communication among faculty, students, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate academic schedules, course offerings, and faculty assignments.

Assist with curriculum updates, instructional materials, and program documentation.

Provide academic advising and support to students, including tracking progress and addressing concerns.

Support faculty with scheduling, resources, and academic procedures.

Knowledge in Digital marketing

Organize exams, assessments, and academic events.

Maintain accurate academic records and prepare reports for quality assurance and accreditation.

Ensure adherence to institutional policies and academic standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

1+ years of experience in academic administration or education.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and academic management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
