Academic Coordinator
to support our expanding education and training operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and skilled in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving admissions and partnerships.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
Strong ability to engage with students, parents, corporates, and institutional partners
Proven capability in lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
Experience in Business Development / Sales / Counselling is an added advantage
Qualification: Any degree (B.Tech candidates given preference) with strong communication and sales skills
Ability to present courses and services effectively during meetings or events
Good understanding of academic/technical programs and market trends
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field visits, calls, campaigns, and networking
Promote AJU ED Solutions' courses and services to students, parents, colleges, institutions, and corporates
Handle enquiries and convert them into admissions
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions
Plan and execute marketing activities, workshops, seminars, and promotional events
Coordinate with counselling, academic, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, visits, conversions, and market updates
