Job Description

The

Academic Coordinator

will manage academic delivery and institutional partnerships for FinQuo Versity across campuses in Kerala. This dynamic role combines academic management, teaching support, outreach, and multi-campus coordination. Expect regular travel for MoUs, roadshows, workshops, and quality reviews.

Key Responsibilities :



1. Institution Partnerships



Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, and TPOs. Drive MoUs, finalise academic calendars, facilities, and delivery SLAs.

2. Program Coordination



Plan semester schedules, faculty rosters, assessments, and juries. Ensure syllabus coverage, quality control, and on-time evaluations. Maintain MIS for enrolments, attendance, assessments, NPS, and placements.

3. Academic Quality



Conduct onboarding/orientations for students & faculty. Standardize rubrics, grading models, and review systems. Coordinate external mentors, juries, and industry sessions.

4.

Outreach & Presentations



Deliver impactful presentations and workshops across campuses. Organize events--career talks, hackathons, and info sessions. Support marketing with case studies and campus success stories.

5. Teaching Support



Conduct short tutorials or foundation sessions (e.g., Excel, BI basics). Coach student teams on live projects, capstones, and competitions.

6. Operations & Reporting



Manage travel logistics and venue/vendor coordination for events. Provide weekly reports to the Academic Head with KPIs and corrective actions.

Must-Have Qualifications



2-6 years of experience in academic coordination/management or teaching/training
(finance, business, or analytics preferred).

Strong presentation and classroom communication skills (100+ audience). Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to Power BI / Tableau desirable. Excellent communication in English & Malayalam; Hindi a plus. Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/BA (Economics)/BSc) required; MBA / PG in Finance or
Analytics preferred.

Program management, stakeholder handling, and calendar discipline. Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and MIS reporting. Empathetic, student-centric, and confident classroom presence. Willingness to travel 8-12 days per month (higher during peak seasons). High ownership, reliability, and on-ground problem-solving ability.

Nice-to-Have



Exposure to FinTech / Finance Labs or NISM/NCFM/PL-300 certifications. Familiarity with AI tools for lesson preparation and reporting. Experience organizing MoUs, industry talks, or hackathons.
