The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting academic operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of educational programs, and coordinating between faculty, students, and administration. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day academic activities and class schedules.
Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programs.
Support faculty members with academic resources, timetables, and administrative needs.
Handle student queries related to academic procedures, attendance, and examinations.
Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Ensure adherence to academic policies and institutional standards.
Facilitate communication between departments, faculty, and management.
Coordinate internal and external academic events, workshops, and seminars.
Monitor faculty performance and student feedback for continuous improvement.
Support admission and examination processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in academic administration or coordination preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
