Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage academic schedules, classes, and events.
Support curriculum planning and faculty coordination.
Maintain accurate academic records and prepare reports.
Handle academic documentation including student progress reports, attendance, and internal communications.
Ensure timely communication between students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education or a related field).
1-2 years of experience in an academic or administrative role.
Strong documentation skills preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in academic documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
