Academic Coordinator - One-to-One Online Tuition

Overview:

The Academic Coordinator will play a vital role in our student acquisition efforts and the day-to-day coordination of classes. You will engage with prospective students and their parents, understand their academic needs, and guide them through a seamless enrollment process into our personalized, one-to-one online tuition programs. This role demands excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a dynamic, student-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Admissions & Mentorship:

Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents through virtual meetings, calls, and WhatsApp.
Conduct consultative sessions to assess students' learning needs, styles, and academic goals.
Effectively present and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our one-to-one online tuition programs.
Provide end-to-end guidance through the admission and enrollment process.
Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team admission targets.
Act as a coordination point between students, parents, and teachers to ensure smooth class execution.
Accurately log all communications and progress in the CRM system.
2. Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in educational counseling or sales, preferably in the edtech industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in [Insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Malayalam, Hindi].
Empathetic and student-first approach, with the ability to build trust quickly.
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Evening Shift)
In-Office Requirement: Must be available to attend in-office training sessions and weekly team meetings as scheduled.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
