Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely delivery of course content.
Monitor faculty performance and collect feedback for improvement.
2. Student Coordination
Act as a liaison between students and academic departments.
Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance.
Address academic concerns and support student development activities.
3. Academic Operations
Prepare and manage academic calendars, timetables, and exam schedules.
Organize internal tests, assignments, and final examinations.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of academic records.
4. Quality Assurance & Reporting
Assist in implementing quality assurance procedures.
Generate academic performance reports for students and faculties.
Conduct academic audits and suggest improvements.
5. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments like Admin, HR, and IT for academic support.
Organize and facilitate academic meetings, workshops, and seminars.
