The Academic Coordinator will support the academic department by coordinating various activities across all branches. This role involves managing student registration, distributing essential materials, arranging course materials, assigning faculty, and regularizing faculty payments. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in teaching, organizing mock classes, gathering feedback, and communicating with faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with all branches regarding student registration.
Oversee the distribution of textbooks, grooming kits, uniforms, and other essential materials.
Coordinate faculty assignments across all branches.
Regularize faculty payments and ensure timely disbursement.
Maintain clear and effective communication with faculty members regarding schedules, assignments, and responsibilities.
Analyze faculty shortages and report findings to the Chief Academic Officer.
Coordinate in Faculties Skills Improvement Programs as required.
Organize and arrange mock classes.
Collect and analyze feedback from mock classes to improve teaching quality.
