Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator who understands both CBSE and Cambridge (IGCSE/AS/A Level) curriculum. The role involves guiding teachers, planning academics, and ensuring smooth curriculum delivery across grades.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage academic schedules for CBSE and Cambridge streams
Support teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and classroom strategies
Organize training sessions and workshops for staff
Monitor student performance and suggest improvements
Coordinate with school leadership and parents when needed
Qualifications
Master's degree in Education or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of teaching or academic leadership experience
Experience with Cambridge curriculum is essential
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Cambridge assessments and teaching methods
Ability to guide and motivate teachers
Organized, proactive, and student-focused
