Academic Coordinator

for Primary or Secondary classes to join our CBSE school in JP Nagar 8th Phase, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will play a key role in academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher coordination to ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor academic activities for Primary or Secondary classes as per CBSE guidelines. Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and classroom management. Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic calendar. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers. Plan and coordinate assessments, examinations, and result analysis. Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation. Organize teacher meetings, trainings, and academic reviews. Act as a link between school management, teachers, students, and parents. Support school initiatives aimed at improving academic standards and student performance.

Requirements:

MA or MSc with

BEd

(mandatory). Minimum

5+ years of relevant teaching and academic coordination experience

in a CBSE school. Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide, mentor, and motivate teaching staff. Strong organizational and planning skills.
