Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Planning & Implementation

:

Coordinate and implement OBE curriculum based on Outcome Based Education (OBE) principles. Adapt learning outcomes and teaching strategies to meet diverse needs of students with special needs.
Empowering parents for the implementation

Academic Supervision

:

Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, IEP (Individualised Education Plan) alignment and assessment design. Monitor classroom practices to ensure curriculum fidelity and quality learning outcomes.

Teacher Development:

Organise regular

teacher training and

capability - building workshops on inclusive and OBE-based pedagogy.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of academic progress and outcomes.

Assessment & Evaluation

Oversee formative and summative assessments in line with

OBC

and students learning outcomes
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of academic progress and outcomes.

Academic Innovation

:

Encourage use of assistive technologies (AVAZ/ PECS) and different instructional material / Teaching Learning Material. Support the integration of life skills and vocational components as per OBE framework.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
