The Primary School Co-ordinator will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the primary section
(Classes I to V).
The role includes curriculum planning, teacher supervision, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with CBSE guidelines. The Co-ordinator acts as a bridge between the school management, teachers, parents, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee curriculum planning and classroom delivery.
2. Guide and support primary teachers.
3. Monitor student performance and implement remedial support.
4. Communicate regularly with parents and address concerns.
5. Organize assessments, timetables, and academic records.
6. Ensure implementation of activity-based and experiential learning.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory; Master's preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in primary classes.
3. Prior experience in a leadership or coordination role is an advantage.
4. Strong knowledge of CBSE norms, NEP 2020, and child-centric pedagogies.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office and school management software.
