We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Academic Coordinator
to manage academic planning, scheduling, faculty coordination, and student support to ensure smooth academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage academic schedules, timetables, and class allocation.
Coordinate with faculty for lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and exam management.
Ensure timely distribution of study materials, assessments, and academic circulars.
Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and discipline policies.
Organize academic events, workshops, assessments, parent meetings, and orientation programs.
Address academic queries of students and parents and resolve concerns professionally.
Prepare academic reports, maintain student records, and manage databases.
Support management in implementing new academic policies, quality standards, and improvement initiatives.
Liaise between faculty, administration, and management for smooth academic operations.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Leadership and team-handling ability.
Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite / ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and solution-focused approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or relevant field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in academic administration/coordination (preferred; not mandatory if highly skilled).
