Coordinate academic and training programs conducted under
Shalby Academy

Manage scheduling, enrollment, and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
Liaise with internal departments, faculties, and external institutes for smooth execution of programs.
Maintain student and trainee records, attendance, assessments, and feedback reports.
Support in curriculum planning, documentation, and preparation of training materials.
Coordinate internship and fellowship programs in alignment with hospital departments.
Assist in organizing academic events, conferences, and awareness sessions.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and program summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with organizational and accreditation standards in all academic activities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
Ability to multitask and handle academic administration independently.
Knowledge of hospital/healthcare training environment preferred.
