Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement academic plans and policies aligned with CBSE guidelines.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
2. Academic Support and Monitoring:
- Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and suggest remedial measures.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents.
3. Teaching-Learning Process:
- Ensure effective use of teaching methodologies and resources.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
4. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement assessment tools and strategies.
- Analyze academic data to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
5. Faculty Development:
- Plan and conduct faculty training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Encourage innovation and best practices in teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- 5-10 years of teaching or academic coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and guidelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
